Welcome to my professional website!

I am an Assistant Professor at the Federal University of São Paulo. I am also a research collaborator with the Center for Complex Networks and Systems Research (CNetS), Indiana University, the Institute of Computing at the University of Campinas, and the National Institute for Space Research (INPE). My research focuses on artificial intelligence applications, complex networks, social-network analysis, data mining, and information-spreading models applied to large-scale data. My current interests include graph-based machine learning, climate-system modeling, and disaster-risk reduction and management.
